Formula 1 Free From Shake is sold in 550g tubs containing approx 21 meals. Mix 2 scoops (26g) of Formula 1 with 250ml of fluid (e.g. soya milk or cow's milk) and shake or blend until smooth.
Herbalife weight-management and nutrition programmes are intended for use as part of a healthy diet in conjunction with regular physical activity. It is important to maintain adequate fluid intake. Weight control is achieved with a calorie-controlled eating plan. Only Formula 1 can be used as a meal replacement for weight control, all other products are food supplements and supporting products.

Muffins
Serves: 9
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 scoops Formula 1 Banana Cream
100 g rolled oats
60 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
30 g dried apple, chopped
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 1 tbsp water and set aside to thicken)
200 ml almond milk
1 tbsp agave nectar
½ tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180 C.
Combine the Herbalife Formula 1 Banana Cream, oats, flour, baking powder and dried apple. Add the flax eggs, almond milk, agave nectar and vanilla essence and mix until combined.
Line a muffin tray with 9 cupcake cases and divide the mixture between each case. Transfer to the oven and back for 15 minutes, or until golden.

Protein Banana Creme Choc Microwave Mug
Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes, cook time: 1 ½ minutes
Ingredients:
2 scoops Formula 1 Banana Cream
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
25ml almond milk
1 egg
10g chocolate chips
Method:
Combine all ingredients together in a mug or microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, or until the cake has risen. Allow to cool slightly, then eat.

Our Herbalife success story
My husband and I started our Herbalife journey in 2006 when my husband needed to lose weight and I was underweight. We met Herbalife and decided to integrate it with our daily nutrition.
